So many women struggle with thinning hair, but most of us are too embarrassed to ask for help. As I thought to myself many times before – isn’t it men that are supposed to be going bald and not women?

For women with thinning hair, restoring health to their hair can also restore much-needed confidence. When your hair becomes thinner and patchier as a result of age, a poor diet, or even a medical condition, it can be devastating.

I’ve been a hairstylist for more than 20 years, and my heart goes out to all of the ladies who come into my salon hoping to mask their thinning hair with a brand-new hairstyle. They’re frustrated.
