How I Feed My Face

I love to eat delicious, nutritious food. It makes me feel fantastic when I get to eat the foods I love and give myself all the nutrients I need to keep aging backwards… from the inside.

But I feed myself on the outside, too.

Here’s what I mean: As you age, your skin starts losing moisture and its ability to hold on to the nutrients that help keep your skin smooth and taut.

Ladies, it’s worse than you think…

Are you still sneaking the occasional cigarette? Whether you’ve got a pack-a-day habit or are “just a social smoker,” the news is the same: Smoking is even more dangerous for women than it is for men.

In fact, women who smoke have a 25 percent greater risk of coronary heart disease compared to male smokers. That’s a huge (and troubling) increase.

I’m sorry to say it, but this discovery isn’t just from one small study…

You should see the emails I’m getting…

“I’ve noticed a big improvement in the way my face feels… my skin certainly feels much smoother to the touch. The lines at the corners of my mouth also seem to be less noticeable.”

It’s hard to put a price on clear, radiant, glowing skin. But when you’re at the skin-care spa looking over the price list … it sure seems to cost a lot.

Is a professional facial really worth the hefty price tag? Let’s take a look.

Would You Wash Your Face With Gasoline?

In spite of your best efforts, your skin gets a little drier every year. You can see lines and wrinkles forming. And your skin isn’t as soft and smooth as it used to be.
You do everything the experts say you should. You cleanse your skin… apply toner… moisturize. But it just isn’t enough to reduce the appearance of aging.

In my opinion, all that cleansing, toning and moisturizing may be accelerating the effects of aging. Because most “beauty products” aren’t good for your skin. They’re loaded with harsh chemicals.

What’s Lurking in Your Moisturizer?

Some of the most common ingredients I see in “designer” cosmetics are actually chemicals – polysorbates, propylene glycol, sodium laurel, and parabens.

What you may not know is that these expensive ingredients are actually the same dangerous chemicals listed under “hazardous materials” on warning signs. Some of these chemicals even come from crude oil and petroleum! They definitely shouldn’t be used in cosmetics!

Ingredients like parabens have been linked with breast cancer1, polysorbates can cause cancer; propylene glycol can cause liver and kidney abnormalities; and sodium laurel (or lauryl sulfate) can increase the risk of cancer when used with other chemical ingredients. That’s hardly what you’d call “protective” skin care.

People ask me how I’m “aging so gracefully,” and I tell them I’m not. I’m simply not aging. Aging gracefully means buying into the myth that you can’t do anything about getting older. But you can.

Fighting the effects of time doesn’t have to be a full-time job, either. Chances are you can reverse the effects of time, weather and pollution without spending any more energy on your appearance than you do now.

And you don’t have to spend a fortune on spa treatments, designer cosmetics or surgery. In fact, you can start with 3 simple steps. Here’s how…

Two Must Have Beauty Essentials

Your skin needs two things to be beautiful:

1. Water, and…
2. Good nutrition

But there’s a problem. As you age, your skin loses the ability to hold water and take in nutrients. That leads to dry, sagging skin.

Here’s the good news:

You simply need an effective way to keep water in your cells and get more of the nutrients you need.

Here at my clinic, I use a rejuvenating formula that restores youthful skin, without the chemicals that pollute your skin.

Here’s how it works…

Does Your Neck Need a Little More TLC?

I was running some errands in the mall this summer and saw a woman who looked fairly young walking toward me. Her face was soft and smooth. Her skin fairly glowed.

But as she got closer, I glanced down.

Immediately, my opinion changed. “Well over 50,” I guessed… in spite of a face that said “mid-30s.”

Then I started looking at other women shopping there. There were several with youthful faces… but who gave away their real age with a quick downward glance.

The problem?
