Revolutionary “Red Wine” Cream Rescues Dry, Over-Stressed Skin and Restores a Sexy, Younger-Looking Glow

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

Researchers recently discovered a surprising new benefit of red wine…

It contains a powerful ingredient that can help make your skin appear younger.

You may have heard of this ingredient. We’ve known for years that it supports your heart and may help you live longer.

And now ongoing research shows that this anti-aging nutrient, resveratrol, may also help you maintain younger-looking skin.

Resveratrol is very popular as a supplement. But if you’re one of the thousands who take it orally, you’re missing out on the distinct advantages it can offer your skin.

As you’ll soon see, when you apply this potent antioxidant directly to your skin, it quickly goes to work to reduce the appearance of aging from your body and face.

Firms, Lifts, and Preserves Skin

Dermatologists at the University of Wisconsin found that resveratrol helps protect the skin sun damage.1 And in vivo studies demonstrate that topical resveratrol improves skin tone, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, and more.2

In Vivo Lateral Results on Panelist Following
Resveratrol Treatment

These photos show that fewer wrinkles are visible around this woman’s mouth, eyes, and nose after only 28 days of treatment with resveratrol.

Resveratrol also improves skin tone. Take a look at the photos below to see an age spot that nearly vanished from a woman’s cheek within 28 days…

As these photos show, if you truly want younger-looking skin, resveratrol can make it happen.

But before your rush out to buy a resveratrol skin cream, let me tell you the same thing I tell my patients:

Make sure you…

Get a Form of Resveratrol That Does More Than
Your Typical Over-the-Counter Cream

Imagine turning back the clock and having radiant skin.

If that’s what you want, you can’t just extract resveratrol grapes or red wine, add it to a cream, and then expect your skin to start looking younger.

The Scoop on Resveratrol
Just Keeps Getting
Better and Better…

While resveratrol has recently been subjected to extensive research and experiments, it will take more time to confirm all of its exciting health benefits…

For example, scientists originally thought resveratrol was just good for the heart.

Then, a feature on 60 Minutes indicated that resveratrol may help increase life span and promote overall good health.

Today, it’s widely thought that resveratrol has a range of unique health properties. And thousands of people take it each day to help them live longer, healthier lives.

Now you can apply resveratrol to your skin to help reduce the visible signs of aging by giving it the real support it needs to remain smooth, firm, and radiant.

If only it were that simple…

The problem is resveratrol has limited stability and water solubility. So converting it to a “usable” topical form that can actually help over-stressed skin can be a bit tricky.

But, after doing some research at our Wellness Research Foundation, I found a unique way around that.

I discovered a novel process that not only makes topical resveratrol usable, but it makes its benefits more pronounced. In fact, this process even creates attributes that exceed the compound’s original benefits.2

It’s More than Cosmetic…
It’s Advanced Nutrition for Your Skin

Until recently, skin care was restricted to mainly cosmetic applications such as topical creams rather than internal nutrition. But now, some skincare companies are catching on to something I’ve been saying for years:

The skin is a reflection of internal health and well-being.

And now one innovative company makes a form of resveratrol that goes beyond traditional cosmetic applications. It’s a nutritional regimen that can be used for anti-aging purposes.

It’s called “Metrabiotics™ Resveratrol” and it’s a unique topical nutrient that is obtained using a cutting-edge technology that ferments resveratrol with yeast.

First, the yeast uses resveratrol as a nutrient. Then, through the metabolic process, the yeast converts resveratrol into a more bioavailable form. Ultimately, this fusion of an antioxidant with a microorganism results in a synergistic extract that offers distinct advantages to skin cells.

In vivo and in vitro data have shown that Metrabiotics™ Resveratrol…3

Improves skin tone by promoting the production of collagen.

Reduces the appearance of wrinkles by improving the skin’s structural integrity.

Lifts the skin and smoothes the appearance of expression lines.

Increases hydration and improves overall appearance of the skin.

When you apply Metrabiotics™ Resveratrol, you should see an improvement in the appearance of wrinkles, a more even skin tone, and an improvement in the appearance of fine lines around your eyes within a month.

I was very impressed when I finished my in-depth my research on this nutrient. So when I created SILK, my own breakthrough anti-aging and moisturizing cream, I included Metrabiotics™ Resveratrol as the main nutrient.

Look Younger… Without Surgery or Harmful Chemicals

These days you can look younger than your real age without surgery or harmful chemicals. And it’s all because of the latest research and development in skin nutrition and cosmetics.

SILK helps reverse the visible signs of aging by combining the best of Nature and technology. It doesn’t just zap the free radicals that attack your skin.* Clinical results show that it also increases hydration and promotes collagen synthesis.4

And to make SILK even more effective, I added 9 additional anti-aging ingredients. Each ingredient on its own nourishes and supports your skin. But when you add them all together, SILK offers jam-packed support in one convenient product.

Here are some of the other big-time players in SILK:

SILK doesn’t just affect your skin the outside, filling in wrinkles and fine lines like makeup. It contains the ingredients you need to help your skin function and repair itself as it should.

For instance, SILK doesn’t include collagen; it stimulates your body to make more collagen on its own.

In other words, SILK helps your skin look younger, not by masking the signs of aging, but by giving your body the support it needs to nourish, preserve, and support your skin.

SILK Is the All-In-One Cream That
Moisturizes, Repairs, and Protects Your Skin

If you’re like my patients, you’re frustrated by trying to find a skincare product that works. The worst part is that often the most expensive anti-aging skincare products are the most ineffective.

One of the reasons most creams, lotions, and moisturizers don’t work is that many companies churn out products without doing the proper research and development. They put traditional, but health-damaging, compounds, such as parabens, carcinogens, and gasoline distillates, in their skincare products and rush them out the door.

SILK is a completely natural blend of the most powerful skin nutrients. It works with your body to promote younger-looking skin rather than just cover it up.

Extend Your Skin’s Youth Span for Years to Come

Your skin is one of the first things people notice about you. Get this amazing anti-aging and moisturizing breakthrough right away and significantly reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and loose, baggy skin.*

As always, you risk nothing when you order SILK. You can always get your money back (including your shipping and handling) if you don’t get the results you hope for or if you change your mind for any reason.

Just click below… right now… and take advantage of this totally no-risk offer.

To Your Good Health,

Al Sears, M.D.

P.S. SILK offers 24-hour skincare. It helps protect your skin the environmental stressors your skin encounters every day. And while you sleep, its combination of moisturizers and powerful anti-aging ingredients support your body’s natural restorative powers to help nourish, preserve, and support your skin.

SILK…

Moisturizes dry skin with natural avocado oil and glycerin

Nourishes dehydrated and over-stressed skin with alpha-lipoic acid (ALA), grape seed extract, and Resveratrol

Preserves lose, baggy skin with copper complex and glycerin

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

Women of the Khoikhoi tribe have the most beautiful skin in the world. Young women have flawless complexions, and the elders have few lines or wrinkles.

The Khoikhoi live in a mountain range just north of Cape Town, South Africa. They live in very primitive conditions compared to the life you’re used to.

So, imagine what it must be like for a young woman in the tribe to take care of her skin.

You’d see the village medicine woman. And, most likely, she’d reach deep into her medicine bag and pull out a handful of dried, red herbs.

“Rooibos…” she’d say, as she poured the herbs into your palm.

Medicine women have used this red herb for centuries. They make an extract out of the red leaves to treat serious skin conditions and allergies. It’s also called “Red Tea.”

Women in the village saw the healing power of the extract when they used it on their children’s skin. So they began using it themselves. And they still use it today.

Red tea is a member of the legume family and not a true tea. Red tea is a storehouse of antioxidants, vitamin C, and quercetin.1

Vitamin C and quercetin soothe, refresh, and protect your skin while increasing collagen and fibronectin beneath the surface.2,3

Collagen forms the mesh beneath your skin that keeps it wrinkle-free in appearance. Fibronectin increases your collagen. It helps to tighten your skin and heal any imperfections.

The rich combination of antioxidants mops up free radicals.4 Free radicals cause the damage you see from being exposed to pollution, toxins, and smoking. They make you age before your time.

You can find red tea at most grocery or specialty tea stores. It comes in tea bags and as a powder that you mix into water. You can use it to make your own skin-refreshing face mask:

1.	Mix red tea powder in water or steep a cup of tea until it’s strong.

2.	Mix the tea with ground oatmeal or potato flour to make a paste. You can add yogurt, honey, blended avocado, strawberries, or other ingredients to get the consistency you like.

3.	Apply the mixture to your skin for 10-20 minutes and rinse with warm red tea.

But if this seems like too much work, don’t worry. We’ll do the work for you. We’re going to put this red tea leaf extract into our body wash and body lotion for you to use.

They’ll be out soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

I never used to think about “beauty products.” Most guys don’t. But recently I was asked to consult for “natural” beauty products, so…

I started reading the labels.

I couldn’t believe what women were putting on their faces.

Turns out they’re slathering their faces with chemicals and things distilled from petroleum and crude oil.

Have you heard any of these warnings?

“Harmful… through skin absorption.”

“Corrosive.”

“Skin contact… may produce pain, redness, severe irritation, or full thickness burns.”

“May be absorbed through the skin with possible systemic effects.”

I bet you haven’t. You won’t find these warnings on any cosmetics label.

I got them from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The government requires companies to post MSDS’s in any workplace where these dangerous chemicals are used.

Cosmetic companies warn their workers about these chemicals.

But they don’t warn you.

They simply tell you the products are “natural” and safe.

Even I had thought that “natural” on a label meant something. As a doctor, I should know better.

Your skin won’t stay healthy when exposed to chemicals and other toxins. In fact, there’s a good chance your skin will start to look older faster.

Truth is, your skin needs two things to be beautiful:

1. Water, and…
2. Good nutrition

But, as you age, your skin loses the ability to hold water and take in nutrients. That leads to dry, sagging skin.

Here’s the good news:

You simply need an effective way to keep water in your cells and get more of the nutrients you need.

Here’s a simple 2-step process I use to do that…

Step 1 is protecting your skin from the sun, pollution, free radicals, and the destructive effects of aging.

There are nutrients in your skin that protect cells from damage. One of the best is CoQ10. Turns out it’s not just good for heart health. You can use CoQ10 on your skin for a beautiful complexion.

CoQ10 helps your face look younger by supporting youthful energy levels inside the cell, and helping your skin stay healthy as you age.

Step 2 for younger, more beautiful skin is water.

When your skin cells have enough water, they hold their shape. That means your skin feels taut and elastic.

The key is water… or more importantly, the nutrient that helps attract and retain water.

I’m talking about hyaluronic acid (HA).

But, like CoQ10 and other nutrients, levels of HA start to drop off as you get older. And the loss of HA makes your skin appear dry and wrinkly… even saggy and droopy.

HA puts back the water you lose with age. And that helps restore the tight, elastic shape you remember from your college days.

When you retain enough moisture and give your skin the nutrients it needs, your college-age skin returns.

I’ve prepared a special formula to do exactly that: Rejuvenate your skin and bring back that youthful glow. I call it CoQ-Tone.

Before you use CoQ-Tone, purify your skin with an all-natural cleanser. One that’s free of chemicals and other toxins.

Your Cleanser Shouldn’t Damage Your Skin…
But That’s Exactly What Many Cleansers Do

Common cleanser ingredients can irritate your sensitive skin and rob it of life-giving moisture.

Splash, my revitalizing rose hip cleanser, cleans your face gently and thoroughly while nourishing your skin. Splash’s natural ingredients hydrate, moisturize, and nourish your skin. You’re left feeling soft, clean, and refreshed.

Splash gently removes the dirt and pollutants that can make your skin look old before its time. And the selective blend of essential oils and plant extracts in Splash help you maintain a vibrant, youthful look.

Here’s what you do:

Simply wash your face with Splash and apply CoQ-Tone with a cotton ball or pad.

That’s it.

You’ll Start to See – and Feel – the Difference Right Away

Unlike other toners and cleansers, CoQ-Tone and Splash won’t dry your skin.

They never feel greasy or oily, and they’re safe enough to use on very sensitive skin.

After using both together, you’ll notice:

Better, brighter complexion

The appearance of more even color and better tone

No irritation or burning

Soothing, moisturizing quality with a smooth surface feel

Reduction in the appearance of blemishes

Smaller, tighter pores

Tight, elastic skin

And you’ll look great.

I want you to feel this for yourself.

And there’s no risk. Use CoQ-Tone and Splash for as long as you like. Get a feel for it. Watch how it makes your skin look firmer and younger. Feel the softness.

If you don’t, there’s no charge. You can even return two empty bottles. No problem.

I’d rather you have the opportunity. Even if I take all the risk.

I told my customer service team to give you a nice discount when you reply to this letter.

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

If I could show you a photo of an ancient woman, you’d be jealous. Her skin was healthy with few wrinkles and no blemishes. We all want skin like that, right?

I’m going to show you exactly how it can be yours, no matter what condition your skin is in today.

When I went searching for a cure for acne, I found a study that looked at more than 1,300 people living in isolated, primitive cultures. These hunter-gatherers had gorgeous skin.

The key was diet. The natives ate the same way their ancestors had eaten for millions of years: high-protein, low-glycemic, and rich in antioxidants.

When I spoke to the lead researcher on the phone, he told me how he was disappointed that this research had been lost and ignored.

It’s a shame, because it wasn’t just their skin that was gorgeous. They also had no signs of obesity, hypertension, diabetes, or heart disease.1

This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for.

It doesn’t require chemicals. It’s not expensive. And you don’t have to endure injections and surgery. All you have to do is go back to the diet you were intended to eat.

This got me interested. So then, I found that not only did it give natives beautiful skin, but a similar diet was tested on modern Australians who had really bad skin. I was delighted to find that in just three months, not only did their acne clear up, but they slimed down. And… hormones thought to contribute to skin eruptions were suddenly back in balance.2

Remember, your skin is an organ, just like your heart. When you have bad skin, it’s a reflection of what’s going on inside your body. What you eat will either make it healthy or damage it.

Any time you eat processed food instead of the real thing, your body knows the difference.

And it gets worse as you grow older, because your skin loses the specialized cells that repair your skin.

When you follow a primitive diet, all this changes. By eating high-protein, low-glycemic foods, you naturally protect your skin with the nutrients nature intended for you to have.

Here’s what you can do to have healthy, glowing skin at any age:

Eat antioxidant-rich fruits, vegetables, and natural protein instead of high-carbohydrate, processed foods. Most fruits and vegetables and all protein is low-glycemic. When a food is processed and contains high-glycemic carbohydrates, it turns to sugar. Sugar damages the collagen in your skin and makes wrinkles. So, cut these unhealthy foods out of your diet to stop further damage. Antioxidants will take care of the damage already done.

Apply natural antioxidants directly to your skin. Here’s a list of antioxidants particularly important to your skin. You should include them in your diet and look for creams to apply them directly to your skin.

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

Your skin needs two things to be beautiful:

Water, and…

Good nutrition

But there’s a problem. As you age, your skin loses the ability to hold water and take in nutrients. That leads to dry, sagging skin.

Here’s the good news:

You simply need an effective way to keep water in your cells and get more of the nutrients you need.

Here at my clinic, I use a rejuvenating formula that restores youthful skin, without the chemicals that pollute your skin.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1 is protecting your skin from the sun, pollution, free radicals, and the destructive effects of aging.

When you were younger, it was much easier. Your skin had a natural resilience that kept you looking your best.

There are nutrients in your skin that protect cells from damage. One of the best is CoQ10. Turns out it’s not just good for heart health. You can use CoQ10 on your skin for a beautiful complexion.

CoQ10 helps your face look younger by restoring youthful energy levels inside the cell, and protecting against future damage.

In one study titled, “The Importance of CoQ10 for Anti-Aging Skin Care,” researchers showed how CoQ10 keeps older cells functioning more like younger cells. Their discovery was published in the medical journal Biofactors.1

Having younger cells means you look younger. But when your face isn’t protected, you start looking old before your time.

The sun, pollution, a poor diet, and other toxins in your environment attack your face in the form of “oxidative stress,” or “free radical attack.” Free radicals are electrons that break away and attack healthy cells.

And here’s the thing…

Free radicals hit each cell in your face 10,000 times a day. Now multiply that by the billions of cells in your face, and you can imagine what you’re up against.

Apply CoQ10, and the cells in your skin stay younger longer.

Cell line studies support it. A team of researchers in Japan found CoQ10 protected skin cells from death caused by oxidative stress.2

That means you have an effective way to look more vibrant and prevent future damage. It all boils down to giving your face the nutrients it needs to stay looking young.

But there’s more to CoQ10… it helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles, too.

Another team of scientists discovered CoQ10 decreases the appearance of wrinkle depth. So, instead of deep grooves in your face, CoQ10 helps make those wrinkles appear shallow and less noticeable.3

Step 2 for younger, more beautiful skin is water.

When your skin cells have enough water, they hold their shape. That means your skin feels taut and elastic.

The key is water… or more importantly, the nutrient that helps attract and retain water.

I’m talking about hyaluronic acid (HA).

Found in every tissue of your body, HA can hold 1,000 times its own weight in water. In your face, HA is essential. You find it in the gel-like matrix just below the surface of your skin. It surrounds the collagen fibers that give your face its shape.

When you’re young, levels of HA are high. And all the extra water gives your face that clean, firm shape.

But, like CoQ10 and other nutrients, levels of HA start to drop off as you get older. And the loss of HA makes your skin appear dry and wrinkly… even saggy and droopy.

HA puts back the water you lose with age.4 And that helps restore the tight, elastic shape you remember from your college days.

When you retain enough moisture and give your skin the nutrients it needs, college-age skin returns.

I’ve prepared a special formula to do exactly that for you. I’ve managed to put both CoQ10 and HA into a toner you apply directly to your face daily.

Simply wash your face and apply CoQ-Tone with a cotton ball or pad. That’s it.

You’ll start to see – and feel – the difference right away.

Unlike other toners, CoQ-Tone won’t dry your skin. It never feels greasy or oily, and it’s safe enough to use on very sensitive skin. It’s so gentle you can use it after you’ve had a facial, peel, or microdermabrasion.

Every morning, you’ll notice:

Better, brighter complexion

The appearance of more even color and better tone

No irritation or burning

Soothing, moisturizing quality with a smooth surface feel

Reduction in the appearance of blemishes

Smaller, tighter pores

Tight, elastic skin

And you’ll look great.

Water and good nutrition means younger, more beautiful appearing skin.

Until now CoQ-Tone was only available to my patients.

I want you to feel this for yourself.

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

Today I want to show you how to get 100 times the cancer protection of broccoli.

And, a new study shows it can cut your chances of skin cancer in half.1

What is this new miracle product?

Broccoli sprouts.

Broccoli sprouts are bursting with an anti-cancer substance called sulforaphane. Sprouts give you up to 100 times the cancer-fighting protection of the broccoli sitting on your plate.2

Just a pinch or two of broccoli sprouts magnifies your antioxidant protection. You cancel out the harmful effects of chemicals found in things like smoke, exhaust fumes, and even bad food choices.3

Chemicals like these cause damage to your organs and wreak havoc on your skin.

Maybe you’ve never heard of broccoli sprouts. Or maybe you saw them on your sandwich, but removed them before you took your first bite.

Broccoli sprouts come from broccoli seeds that are soaked and kept damp until they begin to grow into plants. After about 2 or 3 days, young shoots appear. This is when you should eat them for the best protection. They taste fresh, crunchy, and peppery.

Maybe you find eating 7 to 9 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables a day is a chore. Or maybe you simply want to help protect your vital organs and your skin against cancer. Either way, I suggest you try broccoli sprouts.

Add them to your salad, sandwich, or wrap. Use them for a garnish on your soups. Blend a pinch into your protein shake or smoothie.

Look for broccoli sprouts at any grocery store, near the vegetable or herb section.

You can also sprout them yourself. Health food markets like Whole Foods carry broccoli seeds and the container to sprout them in. Or you can use a glass jar. Just soak them, drain, and keep them damp, rinsing them daily. You’ll have sprouts in about 3 days. Three-day-old sprouts contain the highest degree of protection.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

Researchers recently discovered a surprising new benefit of red wine…

It contains a powerful ingredient that can help you change the appearance of aging of your skin.

You may have heard of it. We’ve known for years it supports your heart and may help you live longer.

Now, ongoing research shows resveratrol helps you maintain younger-looking skin.

Did you see the resveratrol story on “60 Minutes”?

Resveratrol is big in the media because everyone knows it’s a powerful age fighter. Even the mainstream medicine wants to use it.

But if you take it as a supplement, you’re missing out on what it offers your skin.

Rub resveratrol directly on your face, and it quickly goes to work.

The studies are impressive:

Dermatologists at the University of Wisconsin found resveratrol protects your skin UV damage.1 Another study shows topical resveratrol improves skin tone, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, and more.2

But you can’t just add resveratrol to a cream and then expect your skin to start looking younger. If only it were that simple.

The problem is resveratrol has limited stability and water solubility. So, converting it to a “usable” topical form that can actually help over-stressed skin can be a bit tricky.

But, after doing some research with our Wellness Research Foundation, I found a unique way around that.

We discovered a novel process that not only makes topical resveratrol usable, it makes its benefits more powerful.

This new kind of resveratrol that you rub on your skin goes deep into your skin and activates your body’s built-in skin rejuvenator.

You see, the problem is most products don’t penetrate deep enough to make a difference.

To maintain young-looking skin, the nutrients you rub on your face need to reach something called the “DEJ,” or dermal-epidermal junction.

The DEJ is a ridged area that connects your inner layer of skin (dermis) and your outer layer of skin (epidermis).

As your skin ages, the DEJ starts to flatten out. When that happens, the outer layer can’t get enough nutrients or blood flow the inner layer.

That means your skin can’t repair itself properly, and it becomes more fragile and prone to wrinkle formation.

Regular anti-aging creams don’t effectively help with the appearance of wrinkles and other visible signs of aging, because their ingredients aren’t potent or stable enough to reach the DEJ.

But this new and usable form of topical resveratrol changes all of that. It’s called “metrabiotics resveratrol.”

It’s the breakthrough behind my new rejuvenating cream SILK.

Studies show the metrabiotics resveratrol found in SILK:

Improves skin tone by promoting synthesis of Collagen IV in the DEJ.3

Reduces the appearance of wrinkles by improving DEJ structural integrity.4

Lifts the skin and smoothes expression lines.5

Increases hydration and improves overall appearance of the skin.6

Check out the graph below. It shows how people using the metrabiotics resveratrol found in SILK felt the difference over a placebo.

Look at these results:

Improved the look of wrinkles: Up by 61%

Improvement in definition of lips: Up by 70%

Better skin complexion: Up by 61%

Improved the look of lines around the lips: Up by 55%

Improved wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes: Up by 51%

There’s no doubt… the people using this new kind of topical resveratrol looked and felt younger.

You won’t get this kind of transformation the cosmetics at your local department store. SILK goes deeper and is more effective.

SILK has what you need to help your skin function and repair itself as it should.

For instance, SILK doesn’t include collagen like many products on the market. Collagen molecules are too large to be absorbed by your skin, so applying collagen to your skin is a waste of time and money.

Instead, SILK stimulates your body to make more collagen and support the integrity of the DEJ on its own.

That’s how you get younger-looking skin!

When you use SILK, you’ll see a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and dark spots and the fine lines around your eyes… all in less than a month.

Order SILK right NOW and see this for yourself.

By this time next month, you could have younger, smoother, healthier skin.

To Your Good Health,

Al Sears, MD

P.S. I stand by SILK. It works. You must see and feel your new, younger face, or you can return SILK for a quick and painless refund. It’s that easy.

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

What can erase wrinkles in only 8 hours and doesn’t cost a cent?

Sleep!

Getting enough sleep is good for your health, but it’s great for your skin. Think of sleep as your nightly face lift. You’re giving your skin a chance to repair itself.

While you’re dreaming, your skin is renewed and restored. Your skin texture improves, because old, dead skin cells are replaced. Harmful effects from your daily life are reversed. You literally wake with a new glow.

Many things can keep you from getting 8 hours. Work, friends, your favorite TV show, or a good book. But sleep needs to be on the top of your priority list.

When you wake up in the morning after not getting enough sleep, what do you see in the mirror? Your eyes look hollow, and your cheeks sink in. You look old before your time. Researchers found without sleep, your body begins to waste away, the same as if you were starving yourself to death.1

By losing sleep, you rob your immune system of the energy it needs to fight infection.2 You’ll catch more colds and flu viruses. In one study, animals that lost seven hours of sleep came down with viruses even after they were immunized. The animals that got enough sleep did not. Immunization had no effect without enough sleep.3

When you lose sleep, you look old and sick for a reason. Your skin cells can’t repair themselves. When you lose your defense system, bacteria and other invaders can cause blemishes or reactions like swollen eyes and dark circles.4

A great way to improve your sleep quality is by increasing the level of melatonin in your body. Melatonin is a natural, protective hormone. The amount you have decreases as you age. Melatonin helps you fall asleep and keeps you sleeping deeper throughout the night.

Melatonin has many benefits. One is its beautifying effect on the skin. Melatonin helps in the production of collagen and elastin to keep your skin firm and young looking.5 It’s a potent antioxidant that fights against damage that causes your skin to wrinkle and age.6

To increase melatonin naturally, make sure you spend time each day in bright, natural sunlight. Then go to sleep in a completely dark bedroom. Make sure you don’t have the TV running or a night light on. Wear a sleep mask if you have to. Any light at all, no matter how tiny, will disrupt the production of melatonin.

You can also a purchase melatonin supplement at most vitamin shops. You can get a pill to swallow, but I suggest you look for drops, or a sublingual that melts under your tongue. It’s easier to absorb and works fast.

Only a small amount is necessary. Take it 20 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Start with 0.5 mg and work your way up to 3 mg. Larger doses don’t have the same effect. So don’t take too much, or it won’t work.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

I just read a piece of brand-new research that’s going to make you break out in a big, fat grin.

Researchers studied the elasticity and hydration of women’s faces and discovered that those who ate more saturated fat had fewer wrinkles.1

If you lived in a primitive culture like the ones I’ve seen in Peru, Brazil, and Africa, saturated fat would be a major part of your diet. They eat whatever they can catch. And they prefer the fat – they eat it first. Most dishes are also rich with tropical oils.

They eat saturated fat at every meal and have beautiful skin and shiny hair. Middle-aged women there look like they’re in their 20s.

Contrast that to what you see on the street of any city in the U.S. today. Women here throw away the best part of the steak. They buy fat-free versions of almost everything. They avoid fat like the plague, and it shows. There is no comparison in the quality of skin, hair, or number of wrinkles on their faces.

Now, we have scientific evidence that supports my observation. A native diet gives you more healthy skin and hair.

Saturated fat is natural. It’s what makes everything taste good. It’s the fake stuff, the man-made trans fat, that you have to look out for. Trans fat is what you find in junk food and fast food.

I recommend you look for natural sources of saturated fat and add it to your diet. Here’s a list of where you can find it:

Eggs: Look for eggs from free-range chickens.

Meat and Poultry: Make sure you choose grass-fed instead of grain-fed meat. Buy free-range poultry. Stay away from processed meats. Grain-fed and processed meats contain hormones, antibiotics, and chemical additives.

Butter and Whole Milk Dairy: Choose organic butter and whole milk dairy products from grass-fed cows. By butter, I don’t mean margarine. Margarine is filled with chemicals. You need to avoid it.

Tropical Oils, Like Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, and Cocoa Butter: Pick up the organic version. You can use these in your cooking and also on your skin. Try coconut oil when you sauté or as a dressing on salads.

Dear Beauty Conscious Reader,

It’s a well-known fact that mercury is toxic. It’s also a fact that “silver” amalgam fillings in your teeth contain mercury.

When the mercury escapes from your fillings and into your bloodstream, a lot of serious health problems can result. Sleep disturbances, memory loss, muscle weakness, high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and swelling… just to name a few.

But here’s something you probably would never realize…

Mercury toxicity can also give you skin rashes, discolored fingernails, and make your hair fall out.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the amount of mercury in a single, typical “silver” filling placed in a 10-acre lake would be enough for them to classify the entire lake as toxic.

Yet, the American Dental Association (ADA) insists that mercury fillings are safe. They claim mercury amalgams are a problem only for those sensitive to mercury. Their “proof” is that these fillings have been used for 150 years.

The problem is that chewing releases trace amounts of mercury from fillings into your mouth – with every bite. So can grinding your teeth and drinking hot liquids. And old fillings are prone to corrosion by acidic foods or saliva.

That kind of constant, low-level exposure builds up over time. Many adults have fillings from childhood that fit this risk profile.

So, should you have your mercury fillings removed? You should probably consider replacement if:

You have any of the above symptoms that have not responded to treatment.

You have many old silver fillings.

You grind your teeth.

You drink hot coffee or tea.

If you do decide to have your silver fillings removed, limiting the amount of mercury vapor emitted during removal is key. Be sure to choose a dentist who is practiced specifically in mercury amalgam removal. Someone who is well-informed about the toxicity danger and who will take the necessary precautions during your office visit. Make sure you ask about these procedures before you begin.

And don’t rush it. Too many removed at one time can also expose you to excess levels of mercury. This is exactly what you don’t want. Remove your fillings judiciously – a few at a time. Space your appointments several weeks apart.

For any new fillings, you should insist on one of the non-mercury alternatives. There are new materials available that are safe. The best are bonded resin ceramics.

Mercury proponents insist that their bonding ability is much lower than that of traditional silver amalgams. But what you trade off in bonding ability, you make up for in biocompatibility. They are tooth colored, so your smile will look better too.

To Your Good Health,
